By using NoInternet Arcade (the "Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service offers free browser games, optional accounts with online leaderboards and an optional paid Ad-Free Pass. We may add, change or remove games and features at any time. The games are provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

2. Accounts

You need a valid email address (or a Google account) to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to create an account.

3. Fair play and leaderboards

• Do not cheat: no modified clients, scripts, bots, automation or tampering with the network traffic or scores.
• Nicknames must not be offensive, impersonate others or contain personal data or advertising.
• We may remove scores, reset leaderboards, rename nicknames or suspend accounts that break these rules.

4. Ad-Free Pass

• The Ad-Free Pass costs $1/month (plus any applicable taxes) and renews automatically every month until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page via the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep the pass until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds for partial periods. If you believe you were charged by mistake, contact us and we will review it.
• If a renewal payment fails, ads stay off for a 3-day grace period while the payment is retried; after that the pass is paused until payment succeeds.
• We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before it does.
• The pass removes advertising only. All games and features remain free for everyone.

EU/UK consumers: you agree that the pass starts immediately after purchase and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided for the paid period, to the extent permitted by law.

5. Intellectual property

All games, code, pixel art, sounds, music and text of the Service are original works owned by NoInternet Arcade and protected by copyright. You may share links and screenshots, but you may not copy, redistribute or resell the games or their assets.

The Invoker Trainer is a fan-made practice tool. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation. "Dota 2" and "Invoker" are trademarks of Valve Corporation and are used only to describe what the tool trains. Other product names mentioned on the site are used descriptively and belong to their respective owners.

6. Advertising and third parties

The free Service is supported by advertising. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or websites linked from the Service.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that scores and stats will never be lost. Offline play depends on your browser's storage.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or USD 10 if you paid nothing). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date; continued use means you accept the updated terms.
